Schedule
Date – May 14th, 2026
We’ve planned a relaxed and intimate celebration and can’t wait to share every moment with you.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
1:00 pm – Guest Arrival
3:00 pm – Ceremony Begins
Our ceremony will begin promptly.
3:30 pm – Cocktail Hour / Mingling
Light refreshments and time to connect.
5:00 pm – Dinner Service
A buffet-style dinner will be served.
6:30 pm – Speeches & Toasts
7:00 pm – Cake & Celebration
9:00 pm – Wrap-up
We recommend staying for the full evening—we’ve planned a beautiful experience from start to finish.

Our wedding will take place in the party/dining room of our condo building.
Important Arrival Instructions:
- Please enter through the 165 entrance on the right.
- Use the intercom/buzzer: 8670
- Check in with Concierge and proceed to California Condos, take elevators to 31st floor
- Once inside, follow signs or directions to the event space
Parking:
- Visitors Parking is available inside the building
- Enter through the right entrance using the intercom on the left side
- Turn right after passing the gate and park in any space with a red V
- Additional parking is available on the second level.
